– Children (6-11 years old) and seniors (over 60 years old) are eligible for Eco ticket discounts according to the Company's policy.
Children under 6 years old or under 1m2 in case of sharing a seat with an accompanying adult are free of charge for boarding tickets.
– Passengers please be present at the pier at least 45 minutes before departure.
– Bring identification:
For passengers with Vietnamese nationality: CCCD/Driver's license/Passport (Can use photocopies or photos)
For foreign passengers: Passport + Visa/Visa exemption certificate (required)
For children: Birth certificate/Passport (Photocopy or photo can be used)
– Free baggage allowance is maximum 15kg/person. In case the baggage exceeds the free allowance and according to the method stated in the Company's regulations, the Passenger will have to pay an additional excess fee.
