✨ Train procedures

• Cruise passengers must be at the pier at least 45 minutes before scheduled departure time.
• Cancellation/refund/change of ticket must be notified 24 hours before departure time: cancellation fee 20% is calculated on the listed price and within 24 hours before departure time, no support is provided. You will lose the entire ticket price.
• Before departure, passengers must present identification documents as required by law (ID card/passport/driver's license/industry card...).
• We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger whose behavior is disruptive and endangers the safety of other passengers and crew on board. We reserve the right to require that passenger to leave the vessel and hand him over to the authorities at the port of departure or port of arrival.

✨ Luggage

• Free baggage allowance up to 15 kg.
• Passengers must pay the fee for the amount of Baggage exceeding the free allowance and in the manner specified in the Company's regulations.
• Children accompanied by adults are not entitled to free baggage allowance.
• Passengers are not allowed to carry goods or objects prohibited from being transported on board according to current laws and Company regulations. We have the right to refuse to transport luggage that violates regulations or that we consider unsuitable for transport for safety or operational reasons. If a passenger violates, we have the right to impose a penalty according to Company regulations or to request prosecution according to law.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the departure time of the ship or arrange for the ship to be operated by another ship or another Carrier without prior notice and without any responsibility to the customer in case of force majeure due to natural disasters, epidemics, weather, technical errors, changes in the number of passengers, etc.
• In any case, the Company's highest obligation is to refund the ticket price that the customer has purchased.
