Declaration & Circulation of Phu Quoc Express Trademark

• Phu Quoc Express is the official legal owner of the trademark. Any act of copying, publishing, circulating, or using the trademark must have the written consent of Phu Quoc Express High-Speed Boat Joint Stock Company (PQE).
• Affiliated units including: Ticket office, departments, employees are allowed to use for business purposes and company benefits but must follow the procedures and regulations for using Phu Quoc Express's trademark.
• Official agents are allowed to use the trademark for marketing purposes for ticket sales, but are not allowed to identify the trademark owner (using the trademark to identify themselves as Phu Quoc Express), using a trademark that causes confusion about the agent being Phu Quoc Express (PQE-Phu Quoc Express)
• Secondary agents who do not have an official contract with Phu Quoc Express are not allowed to use Phu Quoc Express trademarks and images without official written consent from Phu Quoc Express.
• Third parties are permitted to use the logo image for non-commercial purposes.
