Children under 6 years old or under 1m2 in case of sharing a seat with accompanying parents (relatives) will be free of charge for boarding tickets.

 Phu Quoc Express is currently operating routes to Phu Quoc, Con Dao, Phu Quy, Cu Lao Cham, Nam Du, Hon Son, Ly Son.

We always welcome and serve pets, so dogs and cats are still allowed on board. But they must be caged and left outside the cabin to avoid affecting other passengers during the trip (but still flexible to support pets depending on each condition on the train).

Depending on the operating route, there will be special support policies for these priority people.

You can pay online via Momo, Zalopay, Vnpay and bank transfer or cash at the ticket office.

01 ticket can be exchanged once (including ID card/ CCCD/ PASSPORT – NAME) and does not apply in case of a fee.

  • Cancel ticket 24 hours before departure time: cancellation fee 20% calculated on the listed price and within 24 hours before departure time is not supported, you will lose the entire ticket price.
  • Refund 100% tickets in case of: cancellation of operation due to bad weather, natural disasters, epidemics, technical incidents, security and order issues, fire, orders (subjective administrative requests) from competent authorities not to grant licenses and force majeure cases.

Change flight (including date/route change): Applicable as ticket cancellation (20% fee 24 hours before departure)

No later than 30 minutes after departure time, cases over 30 minutes will not be supported.

  • Customers must be present at the pier, with a supervisor confirming the delay (or contact the hotline for confirmation 0901868878)
  • Supported for other trips during the day (if there are seats available): support 50% ticket price of old order to change to new flight.
  • Free baggage allowance up to 20 kg.
  • Passengers must pay the fee for the amount of Baggage exceeding the free allowance and in the manner specified in the Company's regulations.
