Có. Nhờ được bao bọc bởi nhiều đảo nhỏ xung quanh, sóng biển tại Hòn Gầm Ghì rất êm, hầu như không có dòng chảy xiết nên khá an toàn kể cả cho trẻ em. Dù vậy, bạn vẫn nên chọn thời điểm biển lặng, tắm gần bờ và tuân thủ hướng dẫn của thuyền trưởng/hướng dẫn viên để đảm bảo an toàn tối đa.
