Due to the bad weather conditions caused by storm number 3, internationally named Yagi, which is currently operating in the East Sea, storm Yagi is moving west-northwest, traveling 15-20 km per hour, and entering the Gulf of Tonkin. Today, September 7, storm number 3 makes landfall, causing severe rain and wind in the North, Central and South regions, with showers to heavy rain.
