OPENING CEREMONY OF PHAN THIET – PHU QUY ROUTE BY THE LARGEST HIGH-SPEEDBOAT IN VIETNAM

On May 19, 2023, the anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday, with the approval and attention of the Departments and agencies managing Binh Thuan Province, Phu Quoc Express Joint Stock Company officially put into operation the waterway transport route from the shore to Phan Thiet Island to Phu Quy and vice versa with the time shortened to only about 2 hours. On the occasion of the opening, the company applies a promotional program to reduce ticket prices for passengers until May 31, 2023, the price is only 310,000 VND/way for economy class and the ticket price for locals is only 300,000 VND/way.

Company Phu Quoc Express Joint Stock Company put into operation one of the three largest catamaran speedboat series in Vietnam - Trung Trac Ship. The ship is designed according to European standards, equipped with 4 Rolls Royce MTU engines imported directly from Germany, modern marine equipment, safe operation in harsh weather, meeting the service needs of up to nearly 600 passengers and shortening the travel time from Phan Thiet to Phu Quy and vice versa to only 2 hours.
